  Securely pack the fragrance in its original box and protective wrapping to ensure it remains undamaged during transit back to our facility.

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking number for your records.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
